Meet Ashley
Office Manager
Ashley has been with Kersey Dental since the beginning! A native of Cedartown, Ashley earned her master’s degree in elementary education from the University of Georgia. She moved to LaGrange in 2006 and played a pivotal role in launching the practice and has served as office manager ever since. In this role, she strives to ensure every patient feels like a member of the family. Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys cooking, gardening, playing tennis, and spending time with her husband, Doug (yes, that’s Dr. Kersey), and their teenagers.
Meet Michelle and Tiara
Patient Coordinators
Tiara was drawn to Kersey Dental in 2015 because “the office values patient care above all else.” For the past eleven years, Tiara has applied that passion for forming relationships and interacting with patients as a patient coordinator. She is driven, focused, and detail-oriented and works hard to make everyone feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door. Beyond the four walls of the office, Tiara spends much of her time with husband, Michael, and daughters, Kaylee and Aubree. She can be found immersed in a good book or a crafty sewing project. Tiara’s kindness, loyalty, and dedication to serve make our patients ask for her by name.
As a cross-trained patient coordinator, Michelle supports front-office and back-office functions; she is the warm smile and friendly face that our patients know and love. She wears many hats at the office and excels in all roles. In her eight years in the dental field, Michelle has found that the “before and after” transformations never get old; she loves to see patients’ faces light up when they first see their new smiles. She views both her patients and coworkers as an extended family. When she’s not cheering for Atlanta United or her two boys playing soccer and tennis, Michelle is looking for her next adventure. She can be found traveling and exploring new places with her husband and sons.

Registered Dental Hygienist
Ashley began her career in dentistry 16 years ago as a dental assistant. In 2016, two years after joining Kersey Dental, Ashley completed the requirements necessary to become an RDH. She takes pride in treating patients as the individuals that they are, not just as “another tooth.” She enjoys the relationship-building aspect of dental care, which helps patients feel at ease in the treatment chair. Outside of work, Ashley prefers to have her toes in the sand! With two grown sons, you can find Ashley and her husband spending their spare time traveling to the beach or engaging in other outdoor pursuits.
Meet Caroline
Registered Dental Hygienist
Caroline was born and raised in LaGrange and has been in dentistry for almost 10 years! She takes pride in educating patients on the best ways to improve their oral health and enjoys putting smiles on their faces each day. She and her husband have one daughter and two border collies and spend their weekends with family and friends.
Meet Emma
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Emma is always in “go mode,” ready for whatever the day may bring! Her bright smile and caring nature put each patient at ease, and they ask for her by name. She has a gentle nature and a caring spirit and is great at what she does. Emma enjoys working with her hands and loves a good project; therefore, the dental profession is a perfect match for her! When Emma finishes taking care of everyone at Kersey Dental, you’ll find her lending a hand to friends, family, and a stray dog or cat!
